By its Decision № 742 of 3 October 2013 the Communications Regulation Commission opened a public consultation procedure under Art. 37 of the Law on Electronic Communications with regard to “Draft CRC opinion on the existence of an unfair burden for Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD from the provision of the universal service in 2009 and 2010”
By its Decision № 742 of 3 October 2013 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC/ the Commission) adopted a draft opinion on the existence of an unfair burden for Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD from the provision of the universal service in 2009 and 2010.
