According to Art. 13, paragraph 1 of the Tariff of the fees, collected by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) as per the Law on Electronic Communications (The Tariff), adopted by decree of the Council of Ministers No. 374/29.12.2011 (promulgated SG, issue 107 of 31.12.2011) the annual fee for use of individually assigned scarce resource should be paid in four equal quarterly installments by the end of the month, preceding the respective quarter. We remind you in this regard that the deadline for the fourth quarter is 30.09.2013.
