By Decisions No 456 and 457 of 05.05.2011, the Communications Regulation Commission (the CRC) adopted Draft Standards for determining the density of access points to the postal network of the postal operator obliged to provide the universal postal service, so that they correspond to users’ needs in terms of number and density and standards for quality of the universal postal service and the efficiency of the servicing.
