The Communications Regulation Commission (the CRC) adopted a draft Tariff for the fees collectable by the Communications Regulation Commission for 2012 under the Law on electronic communications according to the Appendix. The Draft is adopted with CRC’s Decision No 811 of 18.08.2011 and is elaborated in reference to the provisions of Chapter 8 of LEC.

 

In conformity with LEC and on the grounds of Art. 36, para. 1 and 2 of the Law, the regulator launches a public consultation procedure of the draft

 

The proposals and comments on the draft Tariff for the fees collectable by the Communications Regulation Commission for 2012 under the LEC, made within the time limit, will be reviewed by the CRC
