The Communications Regulation Commission adopted a draft Decision for amendment to Ordinance No 1 of 22 July 2010 on the rules for allocation and the procedures for primary and secondary assignment for use, reservation and withdrawal of numbers, addresses and names

 

The Communications Regulation Commission (the Commission, CRC) by Decision No 1023/27.09.2010 adopted a draft Decision for amendment to Ordinance No 1 of 22 July 2010 on the rules for allocation and the procedures for primary and secondary assignment for use, reservation and withdrawal of numbers, addresses and names (issued by the Communications Regulation Commission, promulgated SG No. 64 of 17.08.2009) (draft).

 

The proposed in the draft amendments in Ordinance No 1 aim at introducing closed dialling of geographical numbers from 10.01.2011 in accordance with the CRC’s decision No 783 of 22.07.2010.

 

In accordance with art. 36 of the LEC, the Commission launches a public consultation procedure and the draft is published on the Internet site of CRС www.crc.bg/.
