By decision № 549/13.05.2010, the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted draft Quality norms of the universal postal service and the efficiency of servicing. The draft was developed in relation to the Law on amendment and supplement to the Postal services Act (promulgated SG issue 87/2009).
