On 30 April 2010 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted its final decision on the market analysis of transit services in public fixed telephone networks. The results of the public consultation have been taken into account and the recommendations of the European Commission (EC) after the notification procedure have been reflected. The results of the analysis showed that the market of transit services in public fixed telephone networks is not subject to ex-ante regulation and the imposed on the „Bulgarian Telecommunications Company” AD specific obligations should be withdrawn. The final decision, the enclosed to it market analysis and positions from the public discussion and consultations with the Commission for Protection of Competition and EC were published in section „Market regulation – electronic communications”.
