The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) with its decision No 362 of 14 April 2009 has adopted Rules on issuing authorizations for the use of individually assigned scarce resource – radio spectrum for provision of electronic communications through electronic communications networks for analogue terrestrial broadcasting of television signals (Rules).

 

The Rules have been promulgated in the State Gazette, issue 30 of 21 April 2009 and the deadline for submitting applications is 7 May 2009.

 

In pursuance of the provisions of § 1 of the Rules, information on the available scarce resource – radio spectrum for provision of electronic communications through electronic communications networks for analogue terrestrial broadcasting of television signals is published on CRC website.
