On the grounds of Art.39, paragraph 1, item 6 and paragraph 5 in connection with Art.25, paragraph 7 of the Law on public procurement the Communications Regulation Commission /CRС/ with Decision 1318 of 30.10.2009 discontinues the procedure for contracting a public procurement order, opened with CRC Decision 1234 of 01.10.2009, with a subject: „Development of information system "Licensing and registers" of CRС, in connection with development of an application software for the notification, authorization, licensing and registration activity with the aim of providing complex administrative services by electronic means to the citizens and the business”, in compliance with activities 2, 3, 4 и 5 from Supplement ІІ to the Contract А09-31-114-С/12.06.2009, concluded between CRС and MA of ОPAC for execution of project of Operational Programme “Administrative capacity”, financed by the European social fund.
