The Communications Regulation Commission announces an intention to hold a contest for selection of undertakings, to which the provision of the universal service shall be assigned
The Communications Regulation Commission with Decision 1086/03.09.2009 announced an intention to hold a contest for selection of undertakings and for assigning the provision of the universal service, in order to determine the interest of the undertakings in the service as well as the conditions under which such interest is present. The Commission shall assign the obligation for provision of the universal service taking into consideration the most economically advisable way of its realization.
