By Decision N 939 of 6 August 2009 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft of a Tariff for the charges, collectable by CRC for 2010 under the Law on electronic communications (LEC) in accordance with the Attachment. According to LEC and on the grounds of article 36, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the LEC, the regulator launches a procedure for public consultation.
