In accordance with Decision No 35 of 23.01.2020 of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), the postal operators licensed for the provision of universal postal service (UPS), services within the scope of UPS, postal money order service as well as the operators possessing registration as of 31.12.2019 in the public register of operators performing non-universal postal services under items 1 to 3 of Art. 38 of the Postal Services Act, should submit a report on their activity for the preceding year by 31.03.2020, according to the templates of questionnaires published on CRC’s website under the section Practical information, subsection Questionnaires, category Questionnaires about postal services operators, p.1 Annual questionnaires about the activity of the operators in 2019.
