By decision No 420 of 07.11.2019 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted Draft General Rules on clearance, transport and distribution of postal items by the postal operators. The Rules have been elaborated pursuant to Art. 15, para 1, p. 23 of the Postal Services Act.

The Draft General Rules on clearance, transport and distribution of postal items by the postal operators have been submitted for consultation by the stakeholders and have been published on CRC’s website under the section Public consultation.
