By Decision No 109/14.03.2019 the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) adopted a draft Decision on definition, analysis and assessment of the wholesale market for local access provided at a fixed location (market 3a of Recommendation 2014/710/EU) after conducting a public consultation procedure launched by CRC’s Decision No 542/13.12.2018.

Pursuant to art. 42, para 1, point 1, in connection with art. 151, para 5 of the Electronic Communications Act, the draft Decision is submitted to the European Commission, Body of the European Regulators for Electronic Communications and to the national regulatory authorities of the European Union’s member states.
