FILE A COMPLAINT FOR A VIOLATION OF THE DIGITAL SERVICES ACT
How does the process work?
Before contacting us, we recommend that you contact the intermediary service provider. Regardless of the action taken by the provider in your case, you have the right to report a breach of the Digital Services Act (DSA).
In this case, it is always useful to provide the CRC with a screenshot or other evidence of the correspondence with the provider.
We will review the form you have filled out and if it is complete and the complaint falls within our jurisdiction, the case will be reviewed
and assessed within the framework of the applicable legislation and in accordance with the powers of the CRC under the DSA.
