Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) by Decision No 386 of 16 April 2009, adopted the Draft Decision on definition of the relevant markets susceptible to ex-ante regulation, which reflects the results of the public consultation carried-out in accordance with CRC Decision No 2307 of 20 November 2008 "
